Welcome to Zeetro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you visit zeetro.shop, use our website, or place an order with us.
By using our website or purchasing from Zeetro, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility

We may refuse service, limit purchases, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary and where permitted by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on Zeetro accurate and up to date, including product descriptions, prices, images, and availability.
Occasionally, information may contain an error or may need to be updated. If we discover an error, we may correct the information as necessary.
We also make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. However, the way colors appear may vary depending on your screen, device, or display settings.
4. Prices and Currency
All prices on Zeetro are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Product prices may change from time to time. The price shown for an item at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase, subject to the correction of genuine pricing or technical errors where permitted by applicable law.
5. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, stop offering a product, or restrict a purchase when reasonably necessary.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order and we are unable to fulfill it, we will contact you and take the appropriate action regarding the affected order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Zeetro currently ships to customers within the United States only.
Our standard shipping schedule is:
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Processing time: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday
- Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days
We provide free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Orders and Payments
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
We accept online payments through Shopify Payments. The payment options currently available to you will be displayed at checkout.
We do not currently accept PayPal or Cash on Delivery (COD).
All payments are charged in United States Dollars (USD).
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, a genuine pricing or technical error, an inventory issue, or other unusual order activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, any amount due back to you will be returned to the original payment method.

8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Our current return terms include:
- Restocking fee: $0
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for review and return instructions
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for a refund to appear in your account.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible item according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.

Personal information collected through Zeetro is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for information about the personal information we collect, how it may be used or shared, and the privacy choices or rights that may be available to you.
11. Errors and Corrections
Despite our efforts to keep the website accurate, occasional typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, or other mistakes may occur.
If we discover an error, we may correct it and update the affected information. Where an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable law and contact you when appropriate.

You may not use Zeetro:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To violate the rights of another person or organization
- To submit false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading information
- To introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- To interfere with the security or normal operation of our website
- To attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, or customer information
We may restrict access to our services when these Terms are violated and take further action where appropriate and permitted by law.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and we use third-party service providers to help operate our website, process payments, fulfill orders, provide shipping services, and support other store functions.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
