2. How long does shipping take?

Our estimated delivery schedule is:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (PT)
  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Time: 4–6 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Total Delivery: 5–8 Business Days.


3. Do you charge for shipping?

No. We provide Free Shipping on every order delivered within the United States.

There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing it.

To request a cancellation or modification, email us at support@zeetro.shop as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, changes may no longer be available.


6. What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include all original tags and accessories.

If the return is due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


7. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No.

Zeetro does not charge any restocking fee on approved returns.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.


9. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.


10. Which payment methods do you accept?
