Refund & Return Policy

At Zeetro, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. We carefully select quality handbags and fashion products, but if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we're here to help with a straightforward return process.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Unfortunately, return requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.


2. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Contain all tags, accessories, and included items.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been used, worn, or washed cannot be returned.


3. Return Shipping

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your request has been reviewed.

Returns for Personal Preference

If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, size, or color, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Restocking Fee

Zeetro does not charge a restocking fee.

5. How to Request a Return

Step 1 — Contact Our Support Team

Email us at support@zeetro.shop with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (required for damaged or defective items)

Step 2 — Return Authorization

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours with the next steps.

Step 3 — Send the Item

After receiving return approval, securely package the product in its original packaging and send it to the following return address:

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.


7. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order after your return has been approved.


8. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Used, worn, or washed products.
